How Does the Tesla Smart Ring Work?
First, you must activate and pair the Tesla Ring device with your car. This can be done via Tesla’s car app.
After the activation, the ring is ready to be used.
Tesla Ring is a passive, NFC/RFID enabled ring. It does not have a battery; therefore, it does not require charging.
How to Activate the Tesla Ring?
1. Tap the little vehicle button in the lower-left corner of your screen.
2. Tap "locks".
3. Tap "+" your tesla model 3, Model 3 Highland 2024+ or Model Y screen will show "add a phone key" or "add a key fob or key card".
4. Put the smart key ring on center console area where you put your key card.
5. The screen will show "tap existing key card to approve", then remove key ring and put your key card;

Q1. How to use it? Is it easy to use?
Just use it as your regular Tesla Model 3 key card. Put your hand below the RFID reader. And there you go. It’s very easy to use and pretty cool.
Q2. What is the material?
The material is called Zirconia Ceramics. Looks and feels like natural stone. Looks fantastic wearing it. I got lots of compliments from lots of people. Great looking ring for my great-looking Tesla Model 3. I feel like I am the Elon Mask.
Q3. Is this ring waterproof and can I swim or shower with it?
Yes, it’s waterproof… He gets in the hot tub with it on.
Q4. Does the ring need to be on the console like the card, in order to drive the car
do you use the ring to open the car and then keep it on your finger while in the car? It is the same as a card while in your possession you will have complete use of your car.
By the way, you don't have to leave your card on the console when you drive, you can keep it in your pocket, wallet, or purse as long as you have it on you.

Of course, this product can be adapted to Y and 3
Q6. How does the ring work as a key card?
The chip inside of the ring was extracted from the original key card of the Tesla Model 3. So, it perfectly matches my car. The paring instruction is very useful. Great idea.
Q7. Do I have to leave the ring on the center console during driving?
No. Once started, you can move the ring away, (your hand is on your finger)

If the product is a customized product and in production, no refund or return without quality problems. After we receive your return, our quality assurance team will check your return. Damages and Issues:
If your product arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong product, please email us immediately at contact@teslaacessories.com with clear pictures of the damaged or incorrect product. We will review it in 1 business day and upon approval, we will dispatch a brand new replacement. Your 100% satisfaction is important to us.
Return Qualification Requirements:
1). Orders exceeding 1 month do not accept return or exchange of goods.
2). Orders only accept return or exchange of goods within 30 days.
3). No return or exchange on customized products(eg., Yoke Steering Wheel)
Refund instructions:
You will be responsible for paying the freight of the returned goods, as well as the possible customs duties and other expenses. Freight is nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the return freight will be deducted from your refund.
For an item to be eligible for a return, it must remain in the condition it was received: unused, unworn, tagged, and in its original packaging.

Once your return is accepted, we will share detailed instructions for your return process. Please provide us with the tracking number and your order number once the return shipment has been arranged.
Upon receiving and verifying that the returned product adheres to our return conditions, we will commence your refund process within 1 business day using your original payment method. Be advised that all refunds may take up to 2 business days to process once we receive the returned item.Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Fee
Customers are not required to pay for return shipping if a product is returned because it is "broken, missing, or wrong." If the product is returned due to "bought wrong, I don't want it anymore", the customer shall bear the return shipping cost, and the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. In either case, there is no restocking fee for returns.
